The Treatment Options for Blood Cancer Patients Conference is a FREE informational and educational program specifically designed for blood cancer patients and their families – to provide background on the various types of treatments available for leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes and other hematological malignancies. The program will be held at Skokie Banquet & Conference Center, 5300 West Touhy Avenue in Skokie, Illinois.
